Consent & Disclosure

Last updated: 15 September 2026  •  Effective: 15 September 2026

This page collects, in one place, what we ask you to confirm before you pay or register with Symphony 100. The checkboxes on our forms link here. Each one is short on purpose; this page gives the fuller version so nothing is hidden in a checkbox.

1. The publisher's platforms and terms

Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments, profiles, administrator accounts, and certification programs run on platforms owned and operated by the publisher, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. — not on Symphony 100 systems. Before you buy any of them, you should know:

  • Certification is delivered on the Wiley Online Training Center (learn.wileyworkplace.com).
  • Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ profiles live at catalyst.everythingdisc.com; all other Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® profiles live at myeverythingdisc.com.
  • While you or your learners are on those platforms, the publisher's own terms of use and privacy policy apply, not ours. You may be asked to accept them separately when you first log in.
  • No assessment data is stored on Symphony 100 systems. Responses and profile reports sit only on the publisher's platform. See our Privacy Policy, section 5.
  • Credits stay within your organization's own account structure and cannot be transferred to an unrelated organization. Account and credit provisioning runs through an authorized partner.

Symphony 100 is an independent authorized partner of Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

2. Immediate delivery and non-refundable items

Access codes, credits, and learning-portal access go live at checkout. By asking us to deliver immediately you acknowledge that:

  • Assessments, profiles, credits, and learning portals are non-refundable once access is issued.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, starting supply during the 14-day withdrawal period means the statutory right to withdraw ends once supply has begun. Our voluntary satisfaction guarantee applies where the product qualifies.

3. Certification seats

Where a package includes a seat in the Everything DiSC® Certification Program:

  • The seat is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • All live sessions must be attended. You may reschedule in the Online Training Center as many times as you need until your selected course begins; from that point you are locked into that date.
  • The First-Session Guarantee on certification packages provides continued service, never a cash refund. See Terms & Conditions, section 7.

4. Annual credit subscription

If your organization commits to an annual credit subscription:

  • You commit to an annual credit volume, billed monthly on the 1st, with the first payment at commitment.
  • The subscription renews annually unless you give 30 days' written notice; we remind you by email before renewal.
  • If payments stop early, credits already deposited are re-priced at the advertised volume rate for the quantity taken and we invoice the difference. Credits are non-refundable once deposited.
  • Full terms: Terms & Conditions, section 6A.

5. Marketing, reminders, and text messages

  • Registering for a masterclass or downloading a resource adds you to our email list. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
  • If you tick the text-message box, we may send session reminders by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Non-essential cookies load only after you accept them in our banner. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Your responsibilities as a sponsor or administrator

If you buy assessments for other people, you confirm that you will tell each participant, before they begin, that their responses are processed on the publisher's platform under the publisher's privacy policy; that you will obtain any consent your local law requires; and that you will not use assessment results for hiring, promotion, compensation, discipline, or termination decisions.
