Cookie Policy
This policy explains what we store on your device when you visit symphony100.com, chaostoalignment.com, symphony100academy.com, or go.symphony100.com, and what our emails from mail.symphony100.com record when you open or click them, and how to change what we store. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the data itself.
1. What these technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. We also use technologies that behave the same way but are not technically cookies — local storage, pixels, and software development kits inside embedded tools. Throughout this policy, "cookie" covers all of them.
2. Your choice, and how we handle it
- Strictly necessary cookies load automatically. Without them the site cannot keep you logged in, remember your basket, or process a payment. There is no way to switch these off and still use the site.
- Everything else waits for you. Analytics, advertising, and personalization cookies do not load until you accept them through our banner.
- Declining is as easy as accepting. The banner has a reject button of equal prominence, and closing the banner without choosing is treated as a decline.
- You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or the button above.
- We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising and analytics cookies without asking.
Your choice is stored for 12 months, then we ask again. It is stored per browser and per device, so if you use a different browser you will be asked again there.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Keeps sessions alive, protects against fraud and abuse, balances traffic, remembers your cookie choice, and carries a purchase through checkout. Always on.
Analytics
Tells us which pages people read, where they stop, and which parts of a course get finished. We use it to fix what is not working. Off until you accept.
Advertising
Measures whether an ad led to a sign-up and lets us avoid showing the same ad to people who already bought. Off until you accept.
Functional
Remembers preferences such as language, video playback position, and whether you dismissed a notice. Off until you accept.
4. What we actually set
This table lists the providers observed loading on our sites as of 15 September 2026, during our move from Wix to HighLevel. Cookie names and durations change when a vendor updates its script, so we re-check it periodically and update it when something changes.

5. A note on the fingerprinting script
While any legacy Wix pages remain live, the Visitor Analytics add-on on those pages loads a device-fingerprinting script. Fingerprinting identifies a browser from its configuration rather than from a stored cookie, which means clearing cookies does not remove it. We treat it as an analytics technology: it is blocked until you accept analytics, and declining analytics prevents it from running.
6. Third-party cookies we do not control
Some cookies in the table above are set by companies other than us, from their own domains. We decide whether to load their scripts, and we block them until you consent, but once loaded those companies determine how their own cookies behave. Their policies apply in addition to ours:

7. Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies for every site you visit. Look for Privacy or Site settings in your browser's preferences. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout and course login — that is a limitation of how those features work, not a choice we are making.
Browser-level blocking does not tell us anything, so we will still show you the banner. Using the banner is the reliable way to record your choice with us.
8. Changes
When we add or remove a tool, we update this policy and the table above. If we add a new non-essential category, we will ask for your consent again rather than assuming your earlier answer covers it.
