Testimonials and client stories
Every individual, and every team of individuals, is unique. Results will naturally differ from person to person and from team to team.
Where we publish a testimonial, case study, quote, or client story, it describes that client's own experience at that time. It is not a prediction of your experience, and it should not be read as a typical or average result. We do not pay for testimonials, and we publish them with the client's permission.
Assessments
Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments measure behavioral preferences at work. They describe how people tend to work and relate to others; they do not measure ability, predict performance, or forecast the results a team will achieve. They are not clinical or diagnostic instruments, and they must not be used to make hiring, promotion, compensation, discipline, or termination decisions.
Assessment responses and profiles are held by the publisher on its own platform, not on ours. Our Privacy Policy explains what that means before you take one.
