About Symphony 100
A common language is where the work starts, not where it ends. We help organizations build one, with Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and programs of our own, and then put it to work on the results that matter: good people who stay, teams that deliver the plan they agreed on, and managers who put each person in a role that fits.
An organization rarely falls short because its plan was wrong. More often, people understood the plan differently, weren’t clear on their own part in it, or had no good way to talk through the friction along the way. Alignment takes a shared understanding of the plan and of everyone’s role in it, and that takes a common language, one whose meaning stays the same in every office and every time zone.
Symphony 100 helps organizations build that language and put it to work, so the plan the leadership team agreed on is the plan the organization delivers.

We judge our work by what changes in your organization after the sessions end.
Good people stop leaving over friction that nobody addressed, and you spend less time searching for their replacements.
People bring more energy to their work when they understand their colleagues and feel understood in return.
Managers and employees get a clearer picture of how each person works best, so they can talk openly about the work that suits them.
The program becomes part of your culture, with a continuity plan, so it doesn’t start over each time someone new joins the leadership team.
These principles shape every program we design, whether we run it for you or help your own people run it.
Our work is about the people you already have and how they work together. We use Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® for development, and we do not use them to rate performance, decide promotions, or screen candidates; other tools exist for those jobs.
Before anything is scheduled, your management team understands the model and commits to it. People notice who shows up, so senior leaders take part too.
Ground rules come first, including what stays in the room and what HR’s role is. Nobody sits in just to watch.
The tools an organization uses should share a language and reinforce each other. We help you choose and coordinate them so they become part of the culture.
We tell you what we see, in plain language, even when it isn’t what you expected to hear.
Most of our work falls into four kinds of organization and three kinds of role.
Organizations
We help founding teams set how they work together before rapid hiring sets it for them, and we give investors one common language across a portfolio.
Engineering, product, and research teams see the same problem differently. We help deep experts disagree about the problem without it turning personal.
Mid-sized companies, multinationals, and institutions whose program has to run across departments, countries, and leadership changes, with their own administrators and facilitators.
Staff and boards answer to a mission, to the people they serve, and to each other at the same time. Frank led leadership development at a national nonprofit and knows how much a small team carries.
People
We help senior teams agree on the plan, each person’s role in it, and the language the organization will use to deliver it, and we run the sessions so managers can take part alongside their teams.
We help the people who build a program keep it running, from issuing assessments to planning what comes after the first workshop.
We supply the tools, add facilitators for larger projects, or deliver sessions for your clients, and the client relationship always stays yours.
