How It Works
Pre-Assessment
Before the workshops begin, all participants complete the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment. This pre-work ensures that everyone comes prepared with a basic understanding of their DiSC® style.
Interactive Platform
Training is conducted using Zoom and Everything DiSC® on the Catalyst™ platform, which facilitates a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Participants engage with real-time polls, breakout sessions for small group discussions, and direct application exercises.
Facilitator-Led Sessions
Experienced, certified Everything DiSC® practitioners guide each session, providing expert insights and facilitating discussions and activities that enhance learning.
Personalized Learning
Each participant accesses personalized insights through the Catalyst platform, which tailors content to individual profiles, enhancing the relevance and impact of the training.
Workshop Package Modules & Schedule
The Everything DiSC Workplace® Workshop Package is a three-hour interactive course conducted live by a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner online via a private Zoom link. It includes two workshops, each lasting approximately 90 minutes. Clients are requested to schedule these sessions one week apart and no longer than three weeks apart.

Introduction to DiSC® and Your Style
Participants will complete a deep dive into their Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile, gaining insights into their unique DiSC® style and its implications for communication and collaboration.
Priorities, Motivators & Stressors
Understand the core workplace priorities that drive behavior alongside factors that energize and deplete productivity. Participants explore how these priorities align with or differ from their peers.
