The Insights Review and Action Planning Session is not a replacement for the workshop that accompanies your assessment/profile. That workshop and/or its equivalent should be completed first. These sessions should be considered a "Next Step" after completing a workshop.

The Agenda - Insights Review and Action Planning 60-Minute, One-on-One Session

	Introduction and Overview Brief introduction to the session’s purpose. Overview of the client's Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® assessment results.
	Detailed Assessment Review  In-depth discussion of key insights from the assessment. Exploration of individual strengths, challenges, and behavioral tendencies.
	Personalized Action Planning Set short-term and long-term goals aligned with the insights. Develop an action plan based on the assessment results. Discuss specific strategies for applying insights in day-to-day work.
	Q&A and Next Steps Address any questions or concerns. Outline the next steps, including follow-up sessions if necessary. Provide resources or additional support materials.

How We Preprare

• To ensure a focused and effective session, Symphony 100 dedicates 1-2 hours of preparation time for your individual sessions. [Particiants are also asked to review their own profile and their goals prior to the session so the content is fresh.]

• Our preparation ensures that the session is tailored precisely to your needs, leading to a more impactful experience.
